Do you offer subsidized care?
Yes. Through Dogtor Levi’s Veterinary Care Fund, we provide lifesaving veterinary subsidies for families in need, offered on a case-by-case basis.
How do I apply for financial assistance?
1 – Become Our Patient: Subsidized funds are for RAPS patients. If your pet isn’t a patient yet, call (604) 242-1666 and we’ll help transfer records.
2 – Complete the Form: Fill out the Financial Assistance Application Form and our team will review your request.
